About The Position

The Night Auditor performs all front desk related functions including checking guests in/out, promoting sales related programs, maintaining guest records, and cash handling. This role is also responsible for auditing the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries, running reports, and verifying the accuracy of information. The Night Auditor may also assist with breakfast setup, including food preparation, setup, service, and cleaning. This position is the sole team member on property for the majority of the work shift and requires the ability to work alone. The Night Auditor is responsible for guest safety and security during overnight hours and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service. They must respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest services.

  • Ability to utilize office machines.
  • Willingness and ability to work alone.
  • Must be available 2-3 days a week.
