About The Position

Now Hiring! Part Time Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Northeast 4900 Crestwind Drive, San Antonio, TX 78239 2-4 Shifts per week. Primarily Night Audit Shift (Overnight 11 PM - 7 AM), Front Desk. (2 shifts per week minimum). Alternating Weekly schedules; no set days. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays, as needed. Open availability preferred. Starting Wage: $17.00/Hr Yearly wage increases 3-5% based on performance. Up to $800 Quarterly Bonuses; $3200 per year! ($400 each quarter for customer service; $400 each quarter for profitability). Hotel is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. May have to work alternating shifts such as: -A Shift (7 AM - 3 PM) -B Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) -D Shift/Overnight Night Audit (11 PM - 7 AM) Property Location: 4900 Crestwind Drive - San Antonio, Texas 78239 You belong at Drury Hotels. May also assist with set up of breakfast. May include food preparation, set up, service and/or cleaning. Only team member on property for the majority of the work shift and must be willing to and have the ability to work alone. Responsible for guest safety and security during overnight hours. Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests in a professional manner. Responds promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team and guests. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY : Requires ability to take written and verbal direction and speak English clearly and read English. Complies with hotel’s safety and security rules and instructions in performing work efficiently while protecting self, team members, guests and the hotel.
