About The Position

We’re seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. As the Night Auditor, you will create a welcoming environment for all who come to our lobby during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests’ experience is not just good, but GREAT!

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A customer‑focused mindset and comfort interacting with the public
Ability to work overnight hours
Some college coursework preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
Prior hospitality experience specifically at a hotel’s front desk.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA is a plus.
Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and stand for up to six hours at a time.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable.
Enthusiastically provide guidance on the hotel’s amenities including our three restaurants.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions
Report on the nightly operational happenings to appropriate departments
Maintain an energetic, organized, and engaging lobby environment
Assist the security, housekeeping and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service
