This individual should be capable of effective delegation, showing initiative, taking ownership of issues, and adept at problem resolution. Organization and self-motivation are essential, as the position requires working independently with minimal supervision. This role also functions as the Manager on Duty during the overnight shift, making it suitable for someone who thrives in an independent, overnight work environment.
