Night Audit

InnVestSeattle, WA
Onsite

About The Position

As our Night Auditor, you'll be the friendly face — and steady hand — of the hotel overnight. You'll handle check-in and check-out, keep the phones covered, and navigate whatever comes your way, all while balancing the books and keeping the property running smoothly until the sun comes up. You'll act as an advocate for the hotel, a creator of ridiculously personal experiences, and someone who builds the kind of rapport that brings guests back.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • A flexible schedule — you're available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • A cool head under pressure, especially when arrivals and departures stack up
  • A calm, can-do approach to solving guest problems
  • Comfort with hotel systems and the ability to enter information accurately

  • Verify the credit limit report and ensure proper credit policies are followed
  • Follow established key control procedures
