The Night Audit Supervisor oversees the day-to-day night operations of the property, including front desk operations, and financial reconciliation and reporting. This role ensures that all front office activities and services meet or exceed established standards and goals, while maintaining the confidentiality of guest information and hotel data. The supervisor assists guests, team members, and vendors, and is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment. They address and resolve guest issues, evaluate trends in guest concerns to implement corrective actions, and communicate regularly with all departments. Additional duties include parking and retrieving guest cars, escorting guests, maintaining the hotel's image through personal presentation, ensuring cleanliness and organization of front office areas, and maintaining equipment. The role also involves routine property walks for safety and security, delivering items, and assisting with de-icing and clearing ice from windshields.
