The role of Night Audit Representative requires an individual with the ability to provide superior guest service in a fast-paced, hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. This position involves providing exceptional guest service and utilizing service brand behavior while completing job requirements. Key duties include accurate and timely recording and reporting of all property receipts, collecting payment at check-out, performing end-of-day front desk and night audit functions, maintaining computer database integrity, auditing master bills, preparing computer systems for the following day, and ensuring daily backup of files. The role also involves preparing, balancing, posting, and distributing necessary reports daily, interacting professionally with others, assisting other departments, and creating a 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. This includes giving personal attention, taking personal responsibility, using teamwork, listening, apologizing with empathy, finding solutions, and following through when resolving guest problems. The representative must provide "Yes I Can!" genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis, notice when a guest is not satisfied, and use their best judgment to ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction. The position also includes performing other duties as required by Management to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
