This role is responsible for the day-to-day night operations of the property, including front desk operations, and financial reconciliation and reporting. The Night Audit Agent follows all procedures to ensure that all front office activities and services meet or exceed established standards and goals. This position ensures the confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data. The Night Audit Agent assists guests, team members, and vendors during their shift, and maintains a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. They report security concerns and problematic situations immediately to the General Manager or appropriate party, and respond to and work to resolve guest issues and concerns as necessary. This role also evaluates patterns or trends in guest concerns to plan and implement corrective actions and provides regular communication with all departments to keep staff informed of updates, changes, and problematic situations. The Night Audit Agent ensures the front office, reception area, lobby, and storage areas are clean and organized, and that all equipment is properly maintained, functioning, and used only as intended. Completes property walks routinely to monitor guest safety and security.
