About The Position
The Night Attendant performs a variety of custodial, maintenance, and security duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the Uintah Conference Center. Key responsibilities include patrolling the facility to prevent vandalism, enforcing guidelines, managing event setups, and preparing incident reports for management. Additionally, this role operates HVAC, lighting, and A/V equipment, handles routine indoor cleaning, and performs outdoor grounds maintenance, including operating UTV plows and Kubota tractors for winter snow removal.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus one year of general work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of general facility security, surveillance, and building lockdown systems
- Understanding of basic commercial HVAC controls, computer software, and A/V setups
- Proficiency with communication tools like two-way radios
- Ability to safely operate motorized utility vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, pickup trucks, and tractors
