About The Position
CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. This role involves scheduling and supervising cleaning crews, providing hands-on training, conducting quality assurance checks across multiple sites, managing inventory, tracking employee hours, and collaborating with branch managers to ensure daily cleaning tasks and special projects are completed. The position also requires adherence to facility and company security and safety rules, along with other administrative duties.
Requirements
- Past supervisory experience
- MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Driver’s License and good driving record
- MUST be able to work full-time hours
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
- Hands-on training
- Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
- Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
- Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
- Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
- Other tasks and administrative duties
