About The Position
NICU RN responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill neonates including premature infants and high-risk newborns. Duties include ventilator management, medication administration, feeding support, monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. May assist in newborn transition care when needed. Ensures patient safety and adherence to neonatal care protocols
