MAGGI. KIT KAT. UNCLE TOBYS. MILO. You'll work across grocery, impulse, B2B, distributors, and corporate sales — making decisions that show up on shelves, in numbers, and in your CV. Flexible setup. Our Graduate Program is designed for curious, adaptable thinkers who enjoy variety and learning through experience. Across the two year rotational program, your rotations will be shaped by both your development goals and business priorities, giving you exposure to a range of commercial and marketing streams. These may include field sales, shopper marketing, sales, customer marketing, brand marketing, digital and e‑commerce. From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on experience working on real projects, solving day‑to‑day challenges, and learning best practice ways of working in a fast moving FMCG environment.
