Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, or related field
• Videography and non-linear editing experience
• Ability to write, shoot, and edit attention-grabbing news content
• Excellent on-air presentation and communication skills
• A demo reel of your best work is required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with newsroom software, including ENPS and Edius, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Anchor assigned newscasts
• Report and MMJ in the field, pitching and executing enterprise stories
• Find creative, engaging, and visually compelling ways to present news
• Report Live in the Field, as needed
• Contribute content across all KOTA digital platforms
• Assist in producing and appearing on KOTA streaming content, including live coverage, breaking news updates, and digital-first shows
