About The Position

Requirements

• California real estate license - active or currently in progress (both welcome)
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we proudly develop new talent
• Tech-comfortable and open to learning our systems and tools
• Strong communicator with natural relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
• Coachable, accountable, and ready to be part of a team culture built on winning
• Lives in Contra Costa or Solano County
• Strong communicator who builds trust naturally
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
• Coachable and open to following a proven system
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Following up with the provided leads and converting them into clients
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
• Conducting buyer and seller consultations to match clients with the right properties
• Hosting open houses and showcasing listings
• Managing transactions from first contact through closing
• Using your knowledge of the local Contra Costa and Solano County markets to guide and educate clients
• Work with buyers and sellers in Contra Costa / Solano County
• Follow up on provided leads and build client relationships
• Show homes, host open houses, and write offers
• Manage transactions from first contact through closing
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and team meetings
