About The Position
A family in Northwest, DC is seeking a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to assist with their baby. This position requires a 12-hour night schedule, 4-6 nights a week for 4 weeks. The family prefers a local candidate who can commit to this night schedule.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist
- Up to date on Flu/RSV/TDap and MMR vaccinations
- First Aid and CPR certified
- Available to commit to the entire placement
- Excellent verifiable references
- Local to Northwest, DC
- Seasoned NCS who is confident in all aspects of newborn care, including establishing routines, supporting sleep training, and guiding new parents as needed.
- Calm, knowledgeable, and supportive demeanor
