The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Operations Senior Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Collaborating with plant personnel to set short- and long-term strategic plans as well as operating plans for departments. Working with Manufacturing Engineering Managers and Product Divisions to drive Customer First initiatives in service, quality, and cost improvements. Developing, establishing, and maintaining annual operating budgets. Directing and facilitating Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement teams both within and outside of the operations organization to improve customer satisfaction and reduce total costs. Clearly communicating to all employees within the focus factory the priorities, expectations, and results of the facility. Providing direction and supervision of direct reports using principal-based leadership strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Eight (8) combined years of manufacturing, engineering, quality, and/or environmental health and safety experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5) years of direct supervision experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
