About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Truck Sales Representative to join our team in Savannah - Garden City, GA. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the right trucks and commercial vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and managing the sales process from inquiry to closing. You will work collaboratively with senior sales representatives and management to achieve sales goals and stay informed on market trends. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and comfort with technology.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
Customer-Focused: A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others find solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and dedicated to achieving sales targets.
State Sales License
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right trucks and commercial vehicles for their needs, including heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
Learn about the features, specifications, and benefits of the vehicles and equipment we offer in order to effectively communicate this to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Work with customers from the initial inquiry through to the closing of the sale.
Help process quotes, orders, and financing options as needed.
Work alongside senior sales representatives and management to meet sales goals and improve sales strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
