About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a New Store Opener/Trainer. This role is critical in ensuring the successful opening of new stores and providing comprehensive training to our staff members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick-service retail restaurant operations and a proven track record of delivering exceptional training programs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in quick-service retail restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership or training role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to travel in and out of state as location openings are scheduled.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • additional certifications or training in restaurant management or hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and preparation of new store locations for opening day.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure all necessary equipment, supplies, and resources are available for the opening.
  • Conduct pre-opening inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any last-minute issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new store staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Conduct on-the-job training sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to address customer feedback and implement solutions to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to excel.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to new and existing team members to promote career growth and development.
