About The Position

Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to join a growing food manufacturing organization in Bullard, Texas. This highly visible role leads new product commercialization from concept through commercial launch while driving process standardization, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments. The NPI Manager serves as the central project leader for new product commercialization, partnering with Research & Development, Quality/Food Safety, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to successfully launch new products. This role owns project planning, stage-gate execution, manufacturing readiness, SOP development, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product launches across retail, industrial, and foodservice channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Related Field REQUIRED
Minimum 5 Years of Product Management, Project Management, or Product Commercialization Experience REQUIRED
Experience Leading End-to-End Product Commercialization or Product Launch Projects REQUIRED
Demonstrated Cross-Functional Project Leadership REQUIRED
Experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) REQUIRED
Experience Managing Plant Trials, Scale-Up, Validation, and Commercial Launch Activities REQUIRED
Strong Project Planning, Stage-Gate, Risk Management, and Manufacturing Readiness Experience REQUIRED
Willingness to Travel 10-15% to Manufacturing Facilities REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product commercialization from concept through launch
Manage multiple new product introduction projects simultaneously
Develop integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and launch readiness plans
Drive stage-gate execution and milestone readiness
Coordinate plant trials, scale-up activities, validation, and commercial launch
Develop and maintain SOPs supporting product commercialization
Coordinate manufacturing readiness, equipment needs, and line modifications
Serve as the central liaison between R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
Drive continuous improvement and process standardization across product launches
Support post-launch performance reviews and process optimization
