We’re passionate about creating products our customers love and staying ahead of the competition through innovation, data-driven decision-making, and creative storytelling. As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of marketing, from product development insights to digital campaign execution. We’re looking for a curious, thoughtful, and data-driven Marketing Intern to support our New Product Development (NPD) and Innovation team. In this role, you’ll help uncover insights that guide the creation of future Wondercide products—from early concept exploration to understanding how new products show up in the market. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with internal frameworks such as our Opportunity Assessment process and consumer segmentation model. You’ll contribute to scrappy, fast-cycle insight gathering and help translate consumer and market signals into tangible product or brand opportunities. This internship is a great fit for someone excited about consumer goods, innovation, and purpose-driven brands, and who enjoys digging into research to help shape smart, meaningful decisions.
