Requirements
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Louisiana.
- RNs: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered.
- LPNs: Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Nice To Haves
- oncology experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinates new patient intake and care for all physicians
- Facilitates the scheduling of all new patients with Physician and nursing input along with patient access and SELROG physicians in accordance to acuity and need
- Outgoing referrals management
