Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Computer skills
- Ability to travel & transport self to other practice locations.
- Minimum 6 months Chairside experience.
- Travel to GLE, AVO, JOL
Responsibilities
- Greeting new patients and welcoming them to the practice.
- Taking records (pictures and x-rays) for treatment planning.
- Taking clear x-rays.
- Taking clear photos.
- Taking accurate scans for retainers.
- Assisting in sterilizing equipment.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
- Working with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance by orchestrating a “warm hand-off”.
- Assisting in meeting and/or exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals.
- Covering topics such as payment options and providing general information regarding insurance coverage as it relates to orthodontics.
- Performing all duties and responsibilities of the role, including administrative tasks, when traveling to another clinic.
- Participating in Marketing Events.
- Other tasks as assigned.
