Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a professional business or customer service role.
Extreme attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Engage visitors, establish relationships, and tour model and inventory homes with prospective buyers.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising, and demographics.
Accompany visitors through model and inventory homes, answering questions (within GREC compliance if unlicensed) and providing information about the community, features, and benefits.
Document all customer communications in the company CRM system and communicate with New Home Consultants and Sales Leaders regarding engaged prospective customers.
Participate in all sales meetings and sales trainings, consistently reviewing neighborhood status and sales strategies.
Monitor and record daily customer traffic using company-designated CRM tracking tools.
Periodically gather data and prepare reports for management review.
Maintain the condition of the model home and inventory homes.
Observe homeowner meetings and orientations required by the Division.
Cross-train on other communities within the division as needed.
Use CRM software.
Be available on weekends.
