About The Position

Perry Homes is seeking top-producing sales professionals to join their team. The New Home Sales Professional will drive the sale of newly constructed homes from the initial conversation through closing. This role involves managing model and inventory homes, staying ahead of the competition, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality buying experience for customers. The position offers industry-leading commission rates, a plentiful inventory of ready-to-sell homes, and does not require a real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through the new home sales process, from first conversation to contract to closing
• Actively market Perry Homes and build relationships with potential buyers and real estate professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing the homebuying experience
• Partner with our construction team to ensure quality and timely delivery of homes
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings to best serve your clients
