We’re currently hiring a New Home Sales Professional to join our high-performing, growth-oriented sales team, supporting in Kitchener: Mari at Williamsburg. Our ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and thrives in high-value, relationship-based sales environments. This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to realtors and buyers as they navigate one of life’s most important decisions. No real estate license is required. We’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed in this specialized environment.

Requirements

  • Proven success in professional sales, with a record of building trust and driving results
  • Experience in high-value, customer-focused sales environments (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, or related industries)
  • A natural ability to influence and inspire confident purchasing decisions
  • Passion for design and aesthetics, with a genuine interest in helping customers realize their vision
  • Discipline, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeed
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • This role requires full-time commitment and exclusivity. Candidates must not be actively selling real estate or engaged in other sales roles concurrently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in preconstruction and/or condominium sales, with a strong understanding of the new home buying process

Responsibilities

  • Represent Fusion Homes as the first point of contact in our Presentation Centre and Model Homes
  • Build trusted relationships with buyers and realtors through personalized, consultative engagement
  • Guide customers through the homebuying and design journey with professionalism and empathy
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a top-tier customer experience
  • Prepare and present documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure Presentation Centres and Model Homes are always presentation-ready
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and provide weekly sales reporting
  • Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings at our Guelph Head Office

Benefits

  • Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential on both home sales and upgrades
  • Guaranteed minimum income of $50,000–$60,000
