The New Home Sales Counselor will be responsible for achieving and exceeding company sales and closing goals. This role involves meeting and building rapport with prospective buyers, understanding their home needs and interests, and converting community traffic into sales. The counselor will also follow up with potential buyers, promote the use of preferred lenders, and maintain knowledge of the competition. A key part of the role is guiding buyers through the entire home buying process, from design and loan to construction and closing, ensuring timely completion of all activities. The position requires a thorough understanding of home features, options, pricing, and design center selections, as well as proficiency in using sales technology and managing on-site signage.
