About The Position
Mitchell Homes, a leader in "Build On Your Lot" homebuilding, is seeking a sales superstar for their Raleigh Sales Center. The company has been successful for over 30 years and is looking for a motivated individual to sell custom homes on customer-owned land. A Real Estate license is not required. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to close deals and manage leads effectively, with new construction sales experience being highly valued. Even without industry background, a strong sales record will be considered.
Requirements
- A strong sales track record demonstrating closing ability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High level of administrative precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A relentless drive to win.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving role requirements.
Nice To Haves
- New construction sales experience.
- Experience with the Lasso CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients to their dream homes by pitching features, upgrades, and financing.
- Manage the sales process, coordinating with builders and lenders to ensure successful deal closure.
- Utilize the CRM system (Lasso) to track all client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.
