About The Position

To oversee all community sales activities. The New Homes Sales Consultant maintains a model home and provides excellent buying experience for homebuyers. The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for converting new sales leads to contract by proactively creating an initial rapport with customers and anticipating their needs. The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for demonstrating model homes and sites to potential customers. The New Home Sales Consultant supports the Project Manager during the construction of the home and maintains a positive rapport through the settlement process.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred at least three years of new home sales experience.
