About The Position

Veev is leading the way in the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to new home construction. Veev’s prefabricated closed panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on site while delivering both a more sustainable and higher quality final product than traditional construction. As a subsidiary of Lennar, Veev is leveraging the strength and scale of its parent company while maintaining the speed and disruptive approach from its roots as a Silicon Valley based startup. Veev builds homes on scattered infill sites throughout the Bay Area. The New Home Consultant serves as the face of Veev throughout the homebuying journey, responsible for guiding homebuyers through the purchasing process, from initial engagement to closing and beyond. This role requires frequent travel to homes under construction, proactive appointment setting and sale techniques, customer relationship management, and a strong understanding of the housing market to ensure a seamless experience for buyers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Active California real estate license required.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related fields.
Comfortable working weekends.
Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and transaction management systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience working with CRM and document management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential homebuyers, build relationships, and determine their home buying needs.
Tour and demonstrate customers through available homes under construction to ensure timely sale and closing of homes once they are complete.
Leverage Veev’s state-of-the-art factory and factory Model Home(s) to demonstrate Veev’s cutting edge technology and build quality.
Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
Provide consistent and timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities, maintaining accurate communication records.
Monitor the condition of staged homes as well as general condition of homes and homesites while under construction; communicate presentation and maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and manage all marketing signage for homes under construction and any staged homes; communicate install needs and maintenance needs.
Travel throughout the local community to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, referrals, and proactive self-prospecting.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive market, including product offerings, community details, sales trends, advertising strategies, and customer demographics.
Monitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company-designated tracking tools.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth transaction and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, industry events, neighborhood promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
