About The Position

The Pahlisch Homes New Home Associate supports the sales team by learning the new home sales process from the ground up. This role is designed to develop future New Home Sales Consultants by providing hands-on training in customer engagement, community knowledge, homebuilder products, and the home buying journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality; new home construction or builder environment experience a plus
  • Genuine interest in a sales career path within new home construction
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clear, proactive communication with sales managers and internal stakeholders
  • Systems thinker — understands how MLS, website, and CRM connect; familiarity with HubSpot or CRM data hygiene preferred
  • Current Washington real estate license (or in process to obtain); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between communities
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays as required by the sales schedule
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying closely aligned with team
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply Pahlisch’s sales process, buyer journey, and community positioning through hands-on training and shadowing of New Home Consultants
  • Greet and engage prospective homebuyers; communicate floor plans, community features, inventory, and home specifications
  • Support contract appointments as a New Home Associate, facilitating ITPs and PSAs under consultant direction per the New Home Associate compensation policy
  • Serve as the primary MLS and listings resource for New Home Consultants, including listing questions, changes, compliance guidance, and release coordination with Sales Managers
  • Follow up with prospective buyers via phone, email, and CRM to nurture the sales pipeline and track prospect activity and traffic metrics
  • Maintain model home presentation, signage, and marketing materials to ensure a best-in-class buyer experience
  • Assist with community events, open houses, and realtor outreach activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design studio, and construction to support the buyer journey
  • Stay current on local market conditions, competitor communities, and real estate trends
  • Other duties as assigned
