About The Position
Keystone Custom Homes is looking for positive, motivated, and dynamic individuals to train as sales professionals for a life-changing earning opportunity in new home sales. This role offers the chance to live your best life, and previous home sales experience is not required. Keystone Custom Homes, a 3-time winner of the “Best Builder Award”, is seeking individuals to join the Keystone Sales Team to guide customers in building their dream homes. Flexibility to work weekends is essential as customers are available to meet during those times. Keystone will assist in obtaining a Builder Owner License if you do not already possess a real estate license.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain relationships.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to trade weekends for amazing earning potential.
Nice To Haves
- Previous home sales experience is not required.
- If you don’t have a real estate license, Keystone will help you get your Builder Owner License.
