Requirements
- Accomplished New Grad: Bachelor's degree in any field. Preference given to candidates with 3.5+ GPA and involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Above-average technical skills; learning new systems and tools comes naturally to you.
- Passionate about sales: You are driven and excited about a career in sales.
- Ambitious: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your career growth. You thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Self-Driven: You can manage a large workload, multi-task, and balance priorities. No task is too small; "that's not my job" is never your mantra.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.

- Pay: Your OTE in the New Grad Program will be 80k+ (competitive base + commission).. Includes a higher than industry standard base salary of 60k.
