About The Position

The Saint Francis Hospital New Graduate RN Residency Program is designed for soon-to-be and newly licensed RNs to launch their nursing careers with confidence, support, and mentorship. This immersive program helps new nurses build a strong clinical foundation, gain real-world experience, and grow alongside a supportive cohort. The program offers hands-on preceptorship from experienced nurse mentors, NCLEX test preparation and reimbursement, continuous professional growth and development opportunities, and a supportive cohort environment within a culture of compassion, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• Graduating within the next 6 months or have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months.
• Candidates graduating within 6 months may start after receiving their Authorization to Test (ATT).
• All graduate nurses must pass the NCLEX within 45 days of their hire date.
• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.

Nice To Haves

• Recent acute care experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
