About The Position

As a member of the New Graduate Float Team, you will rotate across a variety of inpatient units—and select outpatient areas—gaining exposure to multiple specialties and care settings. Mentorship: You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor to help guide your transition from student to practicing nurse for the first year. Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of experienced preceptors and mentors.
Float between diverse units including Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic, and Cardiac —building a strong clinical foundation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.
Participate in the Nurse Residency Program, which includes structured learning experiences, peer support, and professional development workshops.
Adapt to different unit cultures and workflows while maintaining high standards of care.
