New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology
About The Position
This is a full-time position for a skilled and compassionate RN on a 16-bed adult bone marrow and cellular therapy unit. The unit cares for patients with hematologic malignancies (leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, etc.) undergoing bone marrow/stem cell transplants, CAR-T Cell and other investigational therapies for these malignancies. The RN will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This involves using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
