Our team provides specialized care for a wide range of patient populations and advanced therapies. Staffing ratios are thoughtfully adjusted to meet patient acuity needs, with ideal nurse-to-patient assignments of 1:3, and 1:2 for our highest-acuity patients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care. The 9B team is a highly skilled, compassionate, and collaborative work family dedicated to delivering outstanding clinical care while providing unwavering support to patients and their loved ones during some of life's most challenging moments. At Advocate Health, being a nurse means more than delivering exceptional clinical care—it means leading with purpose, compassion, and boldness.
