About The Position

Under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment focused on developing your ability to provide safe, effective care for increasingly complex patients. This preceptor/graduate partnership is designed to prepare you for full RN responsibilities once licensure is obtained. Our goal is simple: prepare you to successfully step into a full Registered Nurse role within our health system once you obtain your RN license. Licensure Requirement: A full, unrestricted RN license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the program. Take the next step in your nursing journey—we’re here to support you every step of the way This posting is intended for all ASN and BSN December 2026 graduates for inpatient units. August '26 graduates, or prior without any RN experience, may apply as well.
Requirements
- Must obtain a full, unrestricted RN license within 60 days of starting the program.
- ASN or BSN degree.
- December 2026 graduate (or August '26 graduate, or prior without any RN experience).
