About The Position
NIVA Health is hiring a recent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant graduate for its Mobile Wound Care Division. The role provides wound care directly in patients’ homes or local facilities. New providers receive comprehensive training and mentorship in advanced wound care techniques; prior experience is not necessary. The position includes hands-on care using modern therapies and assessment tools, collaboration with clinical leaders on treatment plans, and development of clinical, documentation, patient communication, and care coordination skills. Requirements
- Recent graduate with an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or a license in process.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to new settings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
