About The Position

We currently serve patients in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Texas. This is a post-grad mentorship opportunity for dentists, specifically targeting upcoming 2027 graduates. Lumio offers a unique mentorship program with a partner dentist, specialist, and clinical director to help new dentists become 'Super GPs'. This model focuses on teaching specialties to foster continuous clinical skill growth and expand the scope of practice. The role involves performing comprehensive full mouth examinations, diagnosing and treating patients, building rapport, discussing treatment planning, providing patient education, treating oral health needs, and offering same-day and scheduled treatments. Collaboration with the office team, including the Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants, is essential for an optimal patient experience.

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive full mouth examinations to diagnose and treat patients.
