About The Position
Willow Dental, operating as Lumio, is seeking an upcoming 2027 graduate for a New Graduate Dentist position. Lumio is a dental partnership organization focused on preserving private practice integrity, prioritizing patients over profits, and providing affordable, convenient dental care. The company serves communities in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Texas. This role offers a unique mentorship program designed to help new dentists become 'Super GPs' by teaching them specialties to expand their clinical skills beyond a capped scope of practice. The position involves performing comprehensive full mouth examinations, diagnosing and treating patients, building rapport, discussing treatment planning, providing patient education, and offering direct patient care for both same-day and scheduled treatments. Collaboration with the office team, including the Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants, is essential for an optimal patient experience.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive full mouth examinations to diagnose and treat patients.
- Build rapport with patients by discussing treatment planning options and providing patient education.
- Treat oral health needs and provide direct care for patients, offering same-day and scheduled treatment.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants to ensure an optimal patient experience.
