About The Position

Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. Our goal is simple: shift power in healthcare away from large consolidated entities and back to clinicians. We've raised over $14M in funding from early-stage investors like Core Innovation Capital, Adverb Ventures, and South Park Commons, and are building for long-term category leadership. More importantly, we're serving hundreds of patients, while growing 30% MoM. This role is full-time. We’re looking for candidates based in NYC or open to relocating who are open to 5 days a week in the office. We hire new grads because we care more about trajectory than pedigree or resume. Specifically, we're looking for people who are: Hungry. You want to prove yourself and build something real, not just collect a title. You see this role as a chance to do the best work of your life, not a stepping stone. High slope over intercept. We'd rather bet on someone with a steep learning curve than someone who starts strong and plateaus. Your growth rate matters more to us than where you're starting from. Relentless about getting better. You work hard because you're chasing mastery, not because someone's watching. You want to become the best in the world at what you do, and you're willing to put in the reps to get there. Insatiably curious. You want to understand how everything works — the product, the market, the payer landscape, the code, the customer. You ask "why" until you actually get it, and you connect dots across domains other people keep siloed. New grads who join us don't get a training wheels version of the job. You'll own real problems from week one, and how fast you grow is largely up to you.
