Insight is seeking a New Grad Veterinarian to join their team. This role offers a six-month structured mentorship program designed to support the transition into practice and build confidence in clinical decision-making. Responsibilities include a gradual increase in responsibility, opportunities to build caseload and independence, and learning from experienced colleagues. The position involves a varied primary care caseload, covering preventive care, medical consultations, diagnostics, client communication, dentistry, and surgery. There will also be exposure to emergency and rehabilitation services, with learning opportunities tailored to the veterinarian's interests. The practice is equipped with advanced tools such as digital radiology, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, two operating rooms, and a dedicated dental suite.
