About The Position

We are currently recruiting for the Summer 2026 cohort, with a start date of July 20, 2026. If you graduate after that date, or will not take your NCLEX in time, please consider applying for our Fall 2026 Cohort. Our New Graduate RN Residency Program offers innovative curriculum delivered through a comprehensive 12-month program focusing on three areas critical to new nurse success: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role. Throughout the program you will be supported by leaders and mentors who care about your success and will help you become the nursing professional you've always envisioned. We are on a mission to find the perfect fit for your nursing career goals. In our program, you will have the opportunity to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures in the most beautiful locations across Colorado, western Kansas, and Utah. We offer several pathways to grow and develop your skills in areas that fit your passion for nursing, including Critical Care (ICU), Emergency, Intermediate Care, Med/Surg, NICU, OR, and Women's Services.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs
  • One year experience preferred
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
  • RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a compact state
  • Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
  • Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
