Care includes the management of heart failure, COPD, infections, gastrointestinal disorders, and other complex health issues, along with specialized services in cardiac/post-catheterization, renal, respiratory, vascular, diabetes, wound, and ostomy care. Two of the wings feature private rooms and blends elements of both complex care and medical-surgical environments, enabling them to meet diverse patient needs while maintaining a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. As a New Grad RN on this team, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team while engaging patients, families, and visitors to provide education, support, and compassionate, empathetic care aimed at improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience. This role also offers the opportunity to float across all three units, providing valuable knowledge and hands-on experience with a diverse patient population.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR the American Red Cross
New grad or less than one year RN work experience or if experience RN moving from non-inpatient to acute direct care clinical inpatient setting with less than one year current acute direct patient care RN experience.

Responsibilities

Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
