The New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP), offers a New Nurse Experience (NNE). This full-time Registered Nurse position is designed to help new graduates transition into fully competent, professional nurses by refining their skills, enhancing knowledge, and building professional relationships within a collaborative learning environment. Successful candidates will be placed in specific units at Banner Health facilities, such as the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Banner North Colorado Medical Center, where they will receive clinical mentorship from unit staff and educators. The program offers multiple career pathways and development opportunities, encouraging participants to stay on their NNE unit for at least 12 months for a comprehensive training experience.
