About The Position

Lakeside 50 is a 20-bed Multi-Specialty Telemetry unit that admits patients with various diagnoses. The unit provides disease management for CHF, Sepsis, ESRD, MI, Encephalopathy, GI complications, CPOD, Pneumonia, Liver Disease, and DKA. This position is within an Academic/Teaching Hospital that is Nurse focused, Magnet Recognized, and offers a supportive and education-focused culture. A Nurse Residency Program is available to assist in Transition to Practice.

Requirements

Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program
An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance.
Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
Education and degree verification will be required upon receiving a job offer.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred
