About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate recent graduate from a Respiratory Therapy program to join our dynamic Respiratory Care Team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to begin their healthcare career in a critical-care hospital environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver essential respiratory care to patients across multiple departments, including the Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), Family Birthing Place (FBP), and Med/Surg units. You will receive hands-on training and continuous supervision, enabling you to build confidence, refine your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact from day one. If you are passionate about patient care and committed to professional growth, we invite you to become a vital part of our dedicated team. This position will primary train during day shift but will transition to night shift upon successful completion of orientation.

Requirements

  • Registry with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) within three (3) months of hire
  • Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license from the Washington Department of Health
  • Current CPR card (maintenance required)
  • Current ACLS card (maintenance required)
  • PALS within 3 months of hire (maintenance required)
  • NRP within 3 months of hire (maintenance required)
