About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated New Grad Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing in your nursing career. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide in-depth support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. Nurses will care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing exploration of various passions.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification
