About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate and driven new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and in-depth paid training from day one. They also provide access to award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC's Commission on Accreditation and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care and ensures Clinical Managers dedicate time to new nurses to build confidence and skills. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification.
