About The Position

This position is for a New Grad Nurse RN working nights in Ortho Neuro. The organization emphasizes investing in the nurse's career goals and professional development. They offer a 12-month Nurse Residency program for novice nurses to support their transition into professional practice, including monthly classes to apply learned knowledge to real patient situations. The role is for nursing students in an RN program who have graduated or will graduate in Spring 2026. Candidates will be contacted by a New Grad Nurse Recruiter to discuss available positions, followed by a phone screening and interviews with clinical managers in areas of interest. Job shadow opportunities are also provided.

Requirements

• Graduated or graduating from an accredited ADN/BSN or MSN degree nursing program
• Temporary/Permanent nursing license to practice in Louisiana OR Multistate License as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
